Our Story

Born from years spent producing compelling documentary films and commercials, Soi Books delves into the rich tapestry of topics, subcultures, and ideas, transforming them into captivating literary works. From the groundbreaking "Bassweight: A Dubstep Documentary" to the thought-provoking "Soka Afrika," our films have tackled issues ranging from human rights and immigration to corruption in Asian football.

In tandem with our filmmaking endeavors, we collaborated with Laurence King Publishing to craft illustration and art books, learning the intricacies of compelling storytelling along the way. This partnership birthed the internationally acclaimed Stickerbomb book series, comprising over 10 titles and boasting sales figures of 400,000 to 500,000 copies worldwide. Alongside the Stickerbomb series, we've curated a diverse range of street art, gift, and stationery titles.

Drawing upon our documentary background and anthropological approach to ideas, each book we produce is infused with a deep sense of exploration and discovery. Operating remotely with a global team, our reach spans the UK, Europe, Asia, and the US, allowing us to connect with artists and creators worldwide. Thanks to the success of the Stickerbomb series, we're committed to empowering artists and nurturing creativity within our community.

Whether collaborating with a graffiti artist in Indonesia or curating a book on craft beer stickers, we are dedicated to sharing a creative perspective on subcultures, scenes, and the diverse stories that define our world.

Join us in uncovering the myriad narratives "Beneath The Surface" of our ever-evolving cultural landscape.
